Vivian Gordon Harsh

Located in Chicago IL with Contract valued at $1.2 Million. Horton Family Group was selected by Chicago Housing Authority to complete the renovation of 14 fully occupied senior building located in the Bronzville area. The scope of work included interior renovations, sight improvements, and make ready apartments/units.

HLS 1 & 2

Located in Chicago IL with contracted valued at $1.5 Million was in completed 2021 while second location is set to be completed in Spring 2025. Horton Family Group general contracted and performed full design build on this project for both locations.

Pittsfield Redevelopment

Horton Family Group has been awarded to perform general contracting services on the 40 story historical Chicago Pittsfield building. The first ever skyrise located in Chicago, and at one time was the world's tallest building. This project is valued at $200 million. Start day was 2024.

The Clark Adams Renewal

Horton Family Group currently engaged in the predevelopment stages. Project is valued at $250 Million and set to breakground 2025.
